Write your NAME (first and last), DATE, and PERIOD as directed on handouts & worksheets; otherwise place in the upper right corner of the paper or on the back of any project. Be sure to STAPLE any multiple papers together prior to turning them in.

NOTE: Classwork and/or homework turned in without the above done, will not receive credit.

Assignments & Projects are due at the begin of the period for full-credit. Late work is accepted ONE DAY after it is due for at most, half-credit, with the late homework form; after that, it will be counted as a zero.

NOTE: in the event of an absence, students have the number of days that they were absent plus one day to complete the work, including making up quizzes & tests.

To resubmit any homework, be sure to complete and attach the resubmission of homework form.

NOTE: Only homework can be resubmitted. No quizzes, tests, or classwork will be accepted.
