Mr. Svoboda's 7th Grade Physical Education

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING...KNOW IT...UNDERSTAND IT!!!

• Put all personal belongings (clothes, purses, wallets, and any valuables) in your locker and lock it at all times to avoid theft.
• The locker room is not open during break or lunch, and after school on Fridays.
• Students should take their uniforms with them after class on Friday so they can be laundered each weekend.
• Students should not be in the locker room except when they are in a physical education class and/or after school sports.
• FOOD AND DRINKS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE LOCKER ROOM AT ANY TIME.
• Running into and out of the locker rooms is not permitted.
• The front double doors is both entering and exiting. The back single door is for emergency exiting only. Leaving throught the back single door will result in a referral.

TODAY IS THE DAY!!! Be sure to have the following with when you come to class, so you can put the necessary things in your physical education locker:

• Backpack
• School Planner (by now you should of recieved one)
• Dept. issued uniform, as well as all other clothing needed
• Athletic Shoes
• Sweats
• Sunscreen
• "Enviromental Friendly" Water Bottle

NOTE: ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR LOCKER# & COMBO, BE SURE TO PRACTICE SEVERAL TIMES OPENING IT.

DID YOU GET IT SIGNED & FILLED OUT??? If you turn it in WEDNESDAY, 8/26, you will earn five points extra credit.

TALK...TALK...TALK...I realize it can be boring, but we need to go through all of it get the year off on the right foot. This year though we are trying to stream-line and have changed things bit...hope you like it:

• LOCKERS ASSIGNED PRIOR TO SCHOOL STARTING
• PURCHASE AND/OR GET NAME WRITTEN ON DEPT. UNIFORM(S)

See you sometime between 12:20pm and 3:05pm in the GYM on Monday, 8/24.
